Abstract(in English) The Stratosphere Ratio Relay System employing stratplane is one of hopeful future systems.The system contains many applications because it has advantage in broadcasting and has low delay characteristics.In this paper,we evaluate down-link signal control methods that improve communication efficiency by varing stratplane′ s cover area when the cahracteristics of traffic are not identical among earth stations.We propose specific level control method and dynamic level control method and evaluate the performance by both theoritical analysis and computer simulations.
