Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Motion picture communications with narrowband make poor quality of motion picture, when the channel capacity is not enough. The characteristic of transmitted motion picture relates to a compression method. In this study, we did motion picture experiments employing some compression methods. As a result a optimal parameter that enhanced our proposed objective evaluation was showed. And also, we made experiments of satellite telemedicine. This paper showed the probability of satellite telemedicine with narrowband.
