Abstract(in English) Wafer-scale MMIC is one of the potential solutions for developing the multibeam active phased array. In this paper, new 3- and 4-port basic passive networks are presented for microwave wafer-scale integration. The circuit configurations, principles and characteristics are theoretically described. Also discussed are their applications to voltage controlled phase shifters and voltage controlled attenuators.
