A study on the resistive film type mm-wave absorber at 94GHz band

Abstract(in English) 94GHz band, which is hoped for various uses in the future, has a low propagation attenuation compared to any other milli-meter wave band. Therefore, we design and manufacture one-layered resistive film type wave absorber whose basic structure is the same as V band's one. In addition, we measure the reflection loss of the manufactured sample with reflection power method. In the result, we confirmed that reflection loss is achieved 20dB at range of 89-99GHz and the maximum value is 26.5dB. Including this result, we present that the structure of resistive film type absorber can be utilized at 94GHz band experimentally.
