| Abstract(in English) | New circuit systems in phase shift type frequency conversion circuit are proposed for an integrated circuit. Those circuit systems are composed by phase shift circuits and switching circuits. It is shown that proposed circuit systems are superior to conventional circuits and those principle are a good solution as to problems which are occurred by multipliers and error of mixing circuit. |
