Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new traffic shaping algorithm named CRSA(CDV Reduction Shaping Algorithm)that can freely reduce the CDV value of a cell stream to any pre-determined value.The traffic shaper using CRSA(CR-shaper),positioned the output port of the NT2(Network Termination Type2)and the equipment at the network end, gives more satisfaction to the requirements of shaping delay time and the capacity for the cell stream than current shapers.There is a trade off between shaping delay time and the CDV value reduction of the cell stream output from the CR-shaper.The shaper output satisfies the Peak Cell Rate Reference Algorithm set the same parameters as those set in the CR-shaper.
