| Abstract(in English) | As a development platform for Telecommunications Management Network(TMN)based Operation Systems(OpS),TNMS Kernal(Transport Network Management Systems Kernel)and OpS development support tools were developed.This paper describes implementation of ATM transport network OpS,as an example OpS applying TNMS Kernel.Using the proposed development platform,a practical OpS was developed. The developed system confirmed its efficiency in terms of operational response time. |
