Abstract(in English) This paper describes the design and performance of 6, 4 GHz band RF equipment for the earth station of DYANET(C). An economical and compact RF equipment has been developed by introducing an 6 GHz band all solid state power amplifier,an optical interconnection,and universal converters as the new technique. As a result,an output power is more than 100 W,the amplitude response is less than 0.4 dB , 5925 ~ 6425 MHz.Field test results confirm its good transmission p erformance.
