Abstract(in English) | In communications systems using non-geostationary satellites, switch-over of spotbeams and, or satellites is inevitable for continuous connection between a handheld terminal and a land earth station.Switch-over of land earth stations during a call is disadvantage,since switch-over of terrestrial lines is required.In this paper,two kinds of service area definitions of land earth station are proposed in which land earth stations are not switched over. |
