Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Power efficiency is studied in a bandlimited PSK channel, which employs a delay-equalized Butterworth filter in the transmitter by calculating normalized SNR of system with the peak power constraint.Three typical cases are investigated:a completely, first order and no delay equalization. It is shown that the transmitting peak power is lowered and therefore the power efficiency is improved by delay equalization and that the complete delay equalization scheme has almost the same level of frequency, power efficiency as in the rootNYQ bandlimiting scheme when the required signal to interchannel interference ratio is 4OdB.
