Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Wireless LAN is expected to arrive shortly, and the standardization of wireless LAN is already in progress under IEEE802.11(U.S.A.)and RCR(Japan). We have e CAMA, CA″ method and a ″multi-carrier transmission method″ in order to realize a wireless LAN which is a fully distributed peer- to-peer system and compatible with IEEE802.3 10BASE5. In this report,we show requirments of the wireless LAN system and analyze performance of collision detection using multi-carrire transmission method and random pulse CSMA, CA method.Lastly,we evaluate margins of carrier-senselevels that satisfy the requirements.
