Abstract(in English) NTT′s network operation system is now on a turning point from th e conventional NTToriginal system to a TMN-based standard operation system.In this paper,a NE(network element)software architecture under multi operation environment using interfaceconverter is proposed.Equipment start-up time reduction, which was a major problem in this architecture,is also discussed.
