| 抄録(和) | 本稿では,非同期符号分割多元接続(CDMA)通信のマルチユーザー検波に,リカレントニューラルネット(RNN)を用いる方式を提案し,その性能評価を計算機シミュレーションにより行なっている.マルチユーザー検波の問題を最適化問題とみなすことにより,RNNの適用が可能になることを示している.提案する方法では,RNNのユニット数はユーザー数に比例し,最適受信機に比べコンパクトな講成が可能である.種々の場合について,従来の受信機と最適受信機との性能比較を行ない,最適受信機とほぼ同等の誤り率特性が得られることを示している. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper,we propose a multiuser detection system using a recurrent neural network in asynchronouscode-division multiple access communications,and evaluate its performances by computer simulations.It is shown that a recurrent neural network(RNN)is applicable to multiuser detection since the multiuser detection can be regarded as an optimization problem.Since the number of units in RNN is proportinal to the number of users,the proposed system issimpler than the optimal receiver.In various situations, the proposed system is compared with a conventional receiver and an optimum receiver,and it is shown that the bit error rate characteristics of the proposed system are nearly equal to those of the optimum receiver. |
