Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Satellite channel assignment method for three carriers with different transmission quality and make the channel utilization higher under demand- assignment operation,is proposed here. This method, based on the orderly assignment that is expected high channel utilization, adopts the algorithm with which they could control call loss probability for service quality. Using the computer simulation results, this paper evaluates the performance of this method and show its availability under the conditions of call loss probability.
