Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) VSAT systems have been used for various kinds of computer network systems, due to its cost-efficiency and easiness of implementation.Several multiple access schemes with capture effects -have been proposed so far in order to increase the utilizations of the satellite channels. In this study,we have examined emerqence of capture effect on the real satellite channel with JCSAT,a stationally, three VSATS.(Covrtesy of Osaka-City Univ., Tohokugakuin Univ.and JCSAT)This paper shows some results of experiments such as capture effects among 2 or 3 stations with 2 power levels, capture effects among 3 power levels, gathered by Monitor and Control system. We also show some examples of access schemes employing capture effect.
