Abstract(in English) HIT-Network integrates satellite network with simple radio system terminals to offer varius savices with higer performance and more economical. The method of the connection to the internet which is one of the terrestrial network in a simple equipment is proposed to use HIT-Network as well as an emergency information transmission system. The configuration, the advantage, and the problem are discussed.
