Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Hokkaido lntegrated Telecommunication Network (HIT-Network) integrates satellite network with simple radio terminals to offer various services with higher performance and more economical. On this network, the Packet Communication Ultra Small Aperture Terminal (PC-USAT) method is proposed to reduce rain margin and antenna size. In this paper, we propose Modified-PC-USAT method for the purpose of higher speed transmission and applying simple radio terminals to the HlT-network for the utilization the emergency communication system.
