Abstract(in English) | This paper describes a transmission power control (TPC) data which is measured by a commercial TDMA satellite communication system from September 1993 to September 1994. The estimated satellite input power error is lower than ± 1dB when the rain attenuation of 16dB is occurred. The received C/N is kept higher than 14dB in 99.97% time of a year. Therefore, it is clear that the TPC scheme significantly reduces rain attenuation impairment. |
