Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The miniaturization of electronic communication systems has been made in recent years. As for the microwave and millimeter wave distributed line networks, the substrate thickness and the width of signal lines can be fabricated on the order of μm. However, the length of lines could not be reduced in ordinary designs as the line length is determined by the wavelength of a specified frequency. Therefore, such networks occupy a large are on a substrate, compared with other small sized passive and active elements. In this report, recent studies for the size-reduction will be searched on hybrid rings.
