Abstract(in English) SPS2000 is a strawman-model of the solar power satellite. At present we develop a system referred as a functional system model to validate experimentally functions of SPS2000 in the ground. A microwave transmission antenna (spacetenna) for SPS2000 should have the function of a retrodirective phased array antenna in order to direct a microwave beam to the direction of a power receiving site on the earth. An analog phase shifter is proposed to be used in the phase control system in the spacetenna. We report design of the analog phase shifter and its performance.
