A Study on Mobile Multimedia Communication employing Non Stationary Satellites

Abstract(in English) The Shadowing caused by the structures, have bad effects upon land mobile satellite communications. Therefore, it is so hard to receive motion picture without a break. In this study, we propose the motion picture time dispersion transmission scheme that transmits data of the motion picture repeatedly for fixed time to restrain the influence of shadowing. And also, we evaluate our proposed scheme employing GEO satellites system, LEO satellites system by computer simulation.
