| 抄録(和) | 本稿では, 情報通信倫理技術を電話ネットワークの歴史の流れの中でとらえるとともに, テクノロジィ論的な視点から考察し, さまざまな問題点を指摘する. また, 21世紀マルチメディアネットワーク社会における幾つかの問題点およびエレクトロニック・ライフを展望して情報通信倫理なるテーマの重要性を指摘する. 付録に, 平成5年5月に発足した情報通信倫理研究専門委員会(第三種)と, これを発展的に引き継いだ情報通信倫理研究専門委員会(第一種)の活動を通して見たキーワードを掲載する. |
| 抄録(英) | We first briefly review the histiry of imformation networks starting from the invention of telephone due to Bell and is now growing to the nation-wide information networks including Internet. We then review the various problems of securities related to the information networks. We finally point out the necessity of investigating the problems of communication ethics. In Appendix, we slow the list of key words of technical reports of FACE (From on Advanced Communication Ethics, reseach group of IEICE) |
