Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | To establish personal communication services in the near term, using active phased array feeder with communication satellites is significant technology. As SSPAs for the phased array feeder are mounted on the earth panel, it is very important to evaluate the maximum temperature of SSPAs versus the RF power. We obtained heat input rate from the environment to the satellite with some altitude. The establishment of high temperature or high efficiency for SSPAs is extremely useful for increasing the maximum RF output power. |
