Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A Geostationary Service Vehicle is a rescue satellite of telecommunication satellites in geostationary orbit. Because this "rescue satellite" must be able to detect small flaws on other satellites, in this paper we propose a flaw detection technique using visual information obtained from multiple view-points by using a camera with a manipulator. The technique will be tested during the Manipulator Flight Demonstration mission that will be launched in 1997.
