Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The navigation system for landing guidance of aircraft must provide not only highly precise positioning accuracy but also to satisfy a certain requirement for reliability.Continuity and availability are used as index, and the SARPs(standard and recommended practices)for the GPS landing system are discussed at the ICAO(international civil aviation organization). But it was not clear how to calculate them and how much value they take.In this report, we tried to calculate continuity and availability based on a concrete example. Also, we explain the pseudolite is available for improving reliability on GPS precision approach.
