Proposal of Dual Loop DSP-PLL with Wide Frequency Acquisition Range and Fast Frequency Acquisition

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new Dual Loop Digital Signal Processing type Phase Locked Loop (Dual Loop DSP-PLL) using DSP type Frequency Locked Loop (DSP-FLL) and the 1st order Improved MIX type DSP-PLL (I-MIX-DSP-PLL). In case that the noise property of Dual Loop DSP-PLL is same as or superior to the 2nd order TAN-DSP-PLL, it is confirmed by simulation results that Dual Loop DSP-PLL has the wider frequency acquisition range and the faster frequency acquisition time in comparison with those of the 2nd order TAN-DSP-PLL.
