Abstract(in English) At the teleconference system made use of a communications satellite, a system needs a expensive HUB station. This paper proposes a teleconference system to control every station using a low cost personal computer. In this system, transmitting and receiving frequencies are replaced each other every when a speaker changed. For this reason, even though any participant in a conference increases, only two frequencies are required. With a usual system, picture of speaker is transmitted by going through HUB station once. However there is a merit that delay time becomes a half as every participant can receive it directly with this system.
