Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, adaptive modulation technique which change the modulation type and channel bandwidth to control the transmission capacity according to traffic variation is going to be used in wireless ATM and so on. With this diversity of communication style, universal demodulation technique which can deal with various signal type becomes necessary in view of efficiency. On the other hand, block demodulation method, which accumlates received signal into the memory and obtains the demodulated data by block processing without preamble for carrier and symbol synchronization, has been proposed for packet communication system. In this study, method to apply block demodulation to universal demodulation technique is discussed, and estimation accuracy of modulation type, symbol rate and carrier frequency is also shown.
