Abstract(in English) The Hokkaido Integrated Telecommunication Network(HIT-Network) aims economical and highly performance network which is combined with satellite network, local area network and simple radio network. This Network uses Ku band which band is caused rainfalls attenuation. To overcome this attenuation, parallelimprovement methods are compared. Especially, site diversity system, satellite diversity system and PC-USAT system are examined. The possibilities of the introduction for the HIT-Network are discussed.
