Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Talker detection method for Tele-education system is effective for the participants to communicate with other side party. However, talker detection becomes difficult in the usual, Tele-education system as the number of participants increases because information which can be transmitted is limited by the limit of the ability on the terminal and the network. In this study, we applied various talker detection methods to a Tele-education in which the large number of people participated, and evaluate them in a real environment. As a result, effectiveness of the talker detection function into a Tele-education in which the large number of people participated was confirmed.
