Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In Kurashiki University of Science and the Arts, the students of Department of Computer Science learn C programming in the first grade. And then they optionally learn object oriented programming(OOP) in the second grade. But it is very difficult for the programming beginners to understand the concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism which are very important to OOP. So, the authors are developing a role playing game(RPG) for understanding important QOP concepts. In this game players use magic which represent encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism and so on. In this paper we report on the necessity and the overview of the RPG system.
