Study on Accessibility of Web design with Various Color Combination and Font Size

Abstract(in English) In This study, the authors show readability and preference of websites with various color combinations and fond size for older users, young users, and young users with special glasses(artificical experience for cataract). Some pilot surveys were executed to help chose the background and foreground color combinations, and 65 color combinations were decided for expreiment. They were asked their readability, preference, and they were asked which fond size they could read easily. There is no relation between the fond size of readability and the luminance contrast of background and foreground color. Older users and young users can read more 12pt fond. The luminance contrasts which many people answered "readability "are more 5 : 1 on positive display. Negative display is not readability. There is the strong relartion between readability and preference
