Analysis for Wrong Answers of "Linear Equation" in Junior High School

Abstract(in English) We made junior high school students solve story problems for developing CAl for the learning "linear equation" of the first school year in junior high school. The wrong answer analysis showed that the following items cannot be understood.(1)The fuzzy correlation among the quantities included in the complicated sentence.(2)What is subtracted from which quantity?(3)Which of the difference or the sum is the correlatioh between two quantities?(4)The wrong usage of the parenthesis(5)The variable x plays a different role in the middle point.
