Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) You may often hear a term of "Corporate University (CU)" recently. The meaning that CU has is not only for implementing the practical cooperate education but also for providing personnel training from the big point of view to encourage the employee's career uplifted. A case that adopts tie-up with a university and a graduate school has increased as a strategy to manage this CU effectively. Moreover, a system vendor enters it between CU and university and then makes the number of ties increasing. Many of those cases adopt e-learning as pedagogy. In addition, the forms of the cases are so various and new that it would be useful to analyze and refer to some of the cases as a future business model.
