Abstract(in English) | Junior college of nursing graduates encounter all kinds of workplace problems peculiar to their special profession, and they expend considerable energy to resolve them. However, there is a great risk of burnout, reality shock and the like, not to mention the unfavorable situation that may result. In the present study we describe our preparations to date in running a home page to serve as a network base for social support to these junior nursing college graduates. The discussion mainly covers the conventional face-to-face counseling and counseling system roles and responsibilities, the specific nature and patterns of problems arising in the nurse's workplace, and a model for dealing with those seeking counsel. |
