Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Ministry of Education in Japan was reported that all schools will be available to use computer system over the Internet until the fiscal 2001.Recently, the schools with computers connected to LAN are increasing and almost of them provide one computer to each student in the class. It is important to clarify learners' state and grade when a teacher improves the way of proceeding with the class and teaching materials, since questionnaires are one powerful method. We use DBMS which is carried out handling of a large amount of data easily, and we implement the supporting system which can easily generate questionnaire forms and compute the statistic for questionnaires by making an interface a web browser.
