Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The rapit growth of industry in this century causes globalization of human lifes, especially digital communication technologies diversify our communication channels. In Japan, most youngsters are familiar with the new technologies from their earliest childhood and they study knowledge through various media of communication. Therefore, they are not bearable to sit in a traditional classroom where a teacher talks to students, writes on a blackboard or uses OHP for communication and students read textbooks, listen or ask to a teacher and write on notebooks. In case of university education, the situation becomes worse compared with earlier education. In the discussion of this meeting I would like to focus on the practical use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in university education and to estimate the revolution of university education with the attendance.
