Abstract(in English) We developed the viewer with the interactive clickable function for structurally understanding information of many image elements which constitute the still picture. Summary of the viewer and a means for making teaching material displayed in the viewer are reported. The viewer has the function that gives the change for the expression of the image elements so that the learner can accurately understand information of the image elements. And the viewer has the function that can structurally retrieve information of the image elements. The viewer receives a still picture information by one file called the capsule that the still picture data and information of the image elements are combined in order to efficiently receive the information. The information of the image elements is described in XML like, and the connection between the image elements is described in network structure.
