Abstract(in English) This learning environment is supported by a Learning via an Unfamiliar Procedure on the educational software which was developed by authors. In the software, a virtual character shows a student an unfamiliar solving procedure for a subtraction problem. And then, a student becomes to be able to perform the unfamiliar solving procedure. This educational software supports to reflece the thinking process of student. It shows a several solving items, a student is able to select a much item. If a student builds his thinking process finally, a virtual character solves a problem in line with the procedure built by student.
