Abstract(in English) We aim to establish the independent and efficient learning environment by the individual initiate type using computer networks, not by the conventional lecturer form. This research is the one, which studies and develops the e-text system based the constructed knowledge database. And it is described in the Web server on the networks by the XML language and edits personal textbooks and reference books. This system can automatically edit The e-text according to the key, which is put to the knowledge when the learner inputs his requirement to create the individual e-text.
