| 抄録(和) | コンピュータネットワークを利用した教育・研修システムの普及促進のためには, 教材や学習者情報の標準規格化が重要な課題である.欧米ではAICC, IMS, IEEE.ISOなどの諸団体が相互に連携しながら標準規格の策定を進めている.日本でも先端学習基盤協議会が発足し標準化を推進して行くこととなった.これらの規格は, プラットフォームから教材コンテンツ, コンピテンシー定義といった非常に広範囲なテーマにわたっている.これらの中でも完成度の高いものとしてCMI(Computer Managed Instruction)規格とLOM(Learning Object Metadata)規格がある.前者は, 教材, 学習者情報に関する規格, 後者は学習リソース検索のためのインデックスに関する規格であり, いずれも教材の流通・再利用のためには欠かせないものである. |
| 抄録(英) | Establishing standard specifications for learning materials and / or learner information is important issue to promote computer-network-based educational / training systems. There are several initiatives collaborating each other in the US and Europe, such as AICC, IMS, IEEE, and ISO. In Japan, the Advanced Learning Infrastructure Consortium was also established to promote standardization. These standards cover quite large field from platform to learning contents, competency definitions. Among them, CMI(Computer Managed Instruction)specification and LOM(Learning Object Metadata)specification are well-organized. Former is concerning learning material and learner information, and later is related to the index information for searching learning resource. Both are indispensable for contents reuse and distribution |
