Abstract(in English) | We are entering into this advanced information period as the globalization moves on, and corporate restructuring is advancing. The way work is done in companies is changing rapidly, Employees are able to establish good reputation, if they succeed to fully display their capability. To keep pace with this upheaval, school education and training are also pressed to change. In this report, we would investigate the present situation and problems of the hard of hearing working in companies and analyze the cause of such problems. Further, we would study what kind of education and training in schools and companies are desirable for the hard of hearing, taking in the lifelong education point of view. |
