| Abstract(in English) | We developped the counseling system for school refusal and disabled children using wide area network and internet. The network between Tohoku University and the public utilities in Sendai City was constructed, and the terminals were setted up in the public utilities. The three stages of service can be utilized on the terminals. The Q&A's about each domain of problems can be browsed on the first stage. The "virtual counseling" as small expert system is the second stage. TV phone consulting with specialist is the final stage. It is a new enterprise to construct a on-line counseling system suppling informational and emotional supports on demand. |
