| 抄録(和) | 互いに競合する配属希望を持つ新入社員を、定員の決められているいくつかの職場に配属する状況を考える。一般に、新入社員の希望と意思決定者の希望を同時に満たす解は存在しない。そこで、我々は、この問題の解決に、AHP(階層分析)と数理計画法を適用して、上の2つの要求(希望)をほぼ満たす数理モデルを提案する。このモデルは対話形式で構成されており、意思決定者の意とする柔軟な解を得ることができる。本文には、この問題の最適解を得るための理論とこの数理モデルを適用した実験例が示されている。 |
| 抄録(英) | When new members have competing preferences for one's places of work and each one's place of work has a fixed capacity(limited number of new members),we consider the method for placing the new members into the one's places of work. It is impossible to obtain an optimal solution that satisfies two requirements," maximization of the total sutisfaction of new members " and "maximization of the satisfaction of decision makers ", in perfection. By applying AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and mathematical programming to this problem,we can find a solution which roughly satisfies the two requirements. We propose an interactive model in which the solution can be determined with some flexibility. In this paper,we propose a theory to get an optimal solution of the problem and put the theory in practice. |
