Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When new members have competing preferences for one's places of work and each one's place of work has a fixed capacity(limited number of new members),we consider the method for placing the new members into the one's places of work. It is impossible to obtain an optimal solution that satisfies two requirements," maximization of the total sutisfaction of new members " and "maximization of the satisfaction of decision makers ", in perfection. By applying AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and mathematical programming to this problem,we can find a solution which roughly satisfies the two requirements. We propose an interactive model in which the solution can be determined with some flexibility. In this paper,we propose a theory to get an optimal solution of the problem and put the theory in practice.
