Abstract(in English) One of the functions of qualitative reasoning systems is to generate explanations about qualitative aspects of the simulated system.Intelligent Simulation System with this function is applied to education.In this study,we discuss how to compose Intelligent Simulation System with the function to generate explanations based on qualitative reasoning.Moreover,our Intelligent Simulation System is extended to CAI to support the final goal of learning. The final goal of learning is the understanding of qualitative knowledge of numerical formulas as well as qualitative knowledge. This paper describes the function and the structure of our system which deals with pendulums colliding phenomenon.
