Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We describe the novice program generation process with five problem solving-phases:preparation,goal scheduling, plan generation, test and evaluation.Except for the preparation phase the four phases are repeated as loop process until goals are exhausted from the goal agenda. The data which are used to develop our model of student program generation process are collected from six student subjects and are as follows:(1)online protocols,(2)reports from subjects,(3) retrospective protocols,(4)investigation reports.Writing the investigation report is one of methods of protocol analysis and the most important characteristic of our analysis method.
