Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report inquired into the process of the Mental Retarded children′s concept formation. We developed two Responsive Environme nt Systems. One was that children were given the information of what they had collected successively when they moved in or out a item (Successive-feedback condition).Another is that children were given the information only when they wanted it (Comparing-feedbak condition). We had a test administration with child subjects who were non- retarded but even equal on mental age.The result of the test showed some different effects of two systems. The Succesive- feedback had some effects on understanding the structure of the relation between categories. And the comparing had some effects on finding out low level categories.
