Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This research has been conducted in order to develop a search engine using graphical representation and to evaluate its effectiveness as compared to traditional search engine. It is generally difficult for us to find information using a search engine. Therefore, we analyzed subject's behavior in retrieval, and features of result that a search engine creates. From this evaluation study, we proposed search engine use of graph instead of lists in traditional search engine. Then we made comparison between retrieval patterns with a traditional search engine and our system. We found that our system is more effective and efficient in case of information search.
