Abstract(in English) The Distance learning system has been applied at lessons in the university curriculum between Singapore and Japan. As formal Accrediting of such lessons has already issued at the Ministry of Education with certain condition, and it is hoped that practical measures and information to incorporate this education system at other universities on a wider scale will be taken soon. Through the experiments on the distance learning, it is cleared that the motivation of students to willing to learn has been higher even using low cost and simple typed Video Conference System. We report the result of the response from students mainly and also comment on the future tasks to improve the systems.
